Romeika Marisa Ferguson-Adderley has and continues to serve in various areas of ministry within the Kingdom to include financial and administrative church ministry. Currently, she serves as co-pastor with her husband, Dr. Zhivago T. Adderley, and the couple has two biological children.

Pastor Romeika is passionate about a few things in her life. She loves the opportunity to connect in ministry with college and career young adults. She loves creating crafts through sewing and working with her hands. In addition to preaching/teaching, leading in worship is a passionate part of her life as she loves the Lord with all her heart!

She has been attending Uplift Conferences since 2000, began

assisting the board in 2013, and now leads the organization as of March 2019.
